Simple Baked Potatoes - Patron Recipe
Baked potatoes are simple yet delicious and go with just about anything. The trick here is the oil rub especially if you choose an oil infused with herbs and spices you love. Otherwise just,
- cut a shallow cross in the top,
- bake at 450 for 55 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cut the cross deep,
- replace in the oven, bake at 450 another 7-10 minutes.
