TIP: if you need them early in the day, you can make the dough the night before and let it rest in the fridge over night. If you bake the them while the dough is still cold, check to see if you have to add a minute or so to the baking time. Just insert a tooth pick or pointed knife to see if it comes out clean. If it doesn't add to the baking time.
]]>Using your Instant Pot this thing will practically cook itself while you are off taking a shower or do your yoga. Steel cut oatmeal is far better for you than quick oats which are highly processed and do not deliver the sustainable energy steel cut oats can provide.
This recipe makes enough for one person through a normal work week. Take the portion containers to work and just zap in the microwave for a minute.
TIPS:
Need more sweetness? Add a few drops of agave syrup instead of regular sugar.
Need more creamy moisture? Add a bit of almond milk. YUMM!
Want to splurge? Sprinkle some pecans on top. OH MY!

This warm cereal is so comforting on cool days and takes just a few minutes to make. What's not to love?!
]]>It takes all off 6 minutes to make a delicous vegan vegetable soup. The sweet-spicy-tangy flavor makes this soup a great choice on cold evenings. Got left over veggies in your fridge? Use them up by adding them into your soup.
]]>It's vegan of course because we are cooking up compassion at the sanctuary :)
]]>This dish takes minimal prep time and is very adaptable to your own taste. Not to even mention that it is so easy, a monkey could do it. All you have to do is put the following ingredients into a slow cooker and more or less forget it for a few hours until … voila …. it’s dinner time! We suggest you make a whole pot full and then freeze some of it in portion containers. That way you have healthy fast food on hand for later. Eating healthy when you are in a pinch for time is as easy as that.
What you need:
Peas also work very well in this dish instead of Broccoli.
