Good Acres Sanctuaries is very easily accessed from either Lexington or the Louisville area and is located right between Frankfort and Lawrenceburg, KY.

A visible landmark of Good Acres are the beige buildings with the bright green roofs. We also have a sign by the road identifying the sanctuary.

 

COMING FROM LEXINGTON

get onto I-64 heading west (towards and through Frankfort)
take exit 48
make a left turn towards Lawrenceburg
you are now already on Hwy 151 which is our street
drive for approximately 5 minutes (note: house numbers make no sense in this area!)
our farm will be to your right
(TIP: watch for a little street to your right called ‘Fox Hollow’, do NOT turn into it, rather know that once you pass it, our farm property is already to your right. Just drive up the slight hill past our pond. The drive way / entrance is at the top of the hill)

 

COMING FROM LOUISVILLE

get onto I-64 heading east (towards Frankfort)
take exit 48
make a right turn towards Lawrenceburg
you are now already on Hwy 151 which is our street

our farm will be to your right

COMING FROM LAWRENCEBURG

get onto Hwy 127 and drive all the way through Lawrenceburg
at the intersection of Hwy 127 and Alton Rd., make a left turn onto Alton Rd.
(note: the name Alton Rd. later changes to Graefenburg Rd.)
keep driving for about 4 minutes
our farm will be on your left
(TIP: if you miss our driveway, keep going and make a left turn into ‘Fox Hollow’. There you can turn around safely and come back. No sweat – it happens to most everyone 😉
