Here is a guided meditation for you to gently calm emotional distress such as anxiety. It takes only 9 minutes and you can do it pretty much anywhere sitting or lying. 

The meditation comes on a slide show with scenes from the sanctuary. However, looking at the images is not necessary. Feel free to just close your eyes and listen.
