Barn Talk! New Recovery Support Group for Women Starting April 17
Barn Talk is a new SMART Recovery support group meeting for women with all types of addictions to any substance and/or behavior. Held every Tuesday in the tranquil and comforting environment of the sanctuary farm among rescued farm animals. We literally talk in the barn over coffee or ice tea!
SMART Recovery meetings are different from AA or NA meetings. We use a collaborative concept through which we seek to help and learn from each other. The goal of this support group is to help each participant to (re)discover her own worth and potential for a successful, healthy, and well balanced future lifestyle.
This is a SMART Recovery meeting specifically for women. All types of addictions to substances and/or behaviors welcome. If you are not sure whether or not you have an addiction join us anyway.
RSVP required! Attendance is free of charge but we do pass the hat at the end of the meeting. Even small donation amounts help us keep these meetings going.
