Eating Well is a Form of Self Respect

Every single time you make even the smallest choice towards a healthier food or drink option vs. eating what you have been eating for years, you will inadvertently impact yourself psychologically and not just in a small way. Tiny changes are extremely powerful because they represent a paradigm shift in your subconscious. A person who makes an effort to create positive change in their own diet values themselves enough to do so. This fact represents a profound insight. Typically all we ever hear and read about is the most obvious on how diet changes impact our bodies and minds chemically. Well duh, of course it does!
