Aby (at Good Acres from 2009 to 2013)
Aby came to us directly from a BLM auction together with another wild mustang. She was about five years old when captured by the government somewhere in northern California. Aby had a severely injured front leg which most likely stemmed from a high impact injury while still in the wild. Due to her wild nature, surgery was not an option for her. Aby was a playful girl and enjoyed many of the amenities the sanctuary had to offer such as shelter from rain.
